You can always find a Theta promoting a club, attending a Student Government Association meeting, or doing research for a professor. Thetas are involved in a wide variety of activities on Centre's campus. Theta's overwhelming presence on campus is a unique quality. Here are a few of the ways Thetas are academically involved on campus:
Centre Thetas are Undergraduate Teaching Assistants, Undergraduate Research Assistants, Student Library Assistants, Cento (Centre's Student Newspaper) writers and editors, and Student Government Association members, after school tutoring, Front and Centre (Student Telecast), Bonner Scholars, Math Club, Pre Med Society, French Society, Spanish Society, Economic Society, Order of Omega.
Centre Thetas go above and beyond the call of duty, Epsilon Eta won the Bronze Kite Award, an award for upholding a wide variety of disciplines that reflect the fraternity's values, including excellence in academics, leadership, member programming, philanthropic activities, and participation and service. Our chapter was also runner - up for the Ritual Appreciation award. The national organization recognizes two out of the more than 125 international chapters for Ritual Appreciation, an overall winner, and a runner up. This award is an honor as it indicates the dedication and appreciation Epsilon Eta has for Kappa Alpha Theta's rich history and ritual. Epsilon Eta places an extraordinary focus on ritual appreciation. This is the first time Epsilon Eta has received such a prestigious award at the International Grand Convention.
Members of the Epsilon Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta are involved in many leadership and honor societies. Thetas are involved with the Bonnor Program, Student Life Office Leadership Workshop, Brown Scholars, National Panhellenic Leadership Conference, Rho Gamma Training, Orientation Assistant, Resident Assistant, French Society, Spanish Society, Math Club, Study Abroad, ESL Tutoring, Big Brother Big Sister, Student Government, Association, Pre Med Society, Economic Honor Society, Greek Week Steering Committee, Order of Omega, Panhellenic Council, and Student Judiciary.
